M&E Design Manager

Job Duties:

• Manage External Design Consultants on D&B Projects
• Ensure M&E Design is compliant and efficient
• Main liaison with the client team and manage deliverables.
• Manage team and coordinate deliverables
• Critique in-house design and external contractors and ensure design packages are coordinated and to a good standard
• Make professional decisions.
• Ensure that all Projects are high quality and delivered on time.
• Attend project meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 year’s experience in a similar role.
• Mechanical Bias Preferred
• Experience within the construction sector preferred.
• A good understanding of both mechanical and electrical design principles
• Able to prioritise tasks and see through to completion.
• Confident within communication both verbal and written to all.
• Ability to ask questions and develop individually.
• Exceptional organisational skills.
• Work unsupervised and prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Proactive, reliable & punctual.
• Being a team player.
