DPL Group Secures Prestigious Suffolk County Council Property Maintenance Contract

DPL Group is proud to announce its new partnership with Suffolk County Council (SCC) and Concertus, part of the Vertas Group, as one of the appointed contractors for a major property maintenance contract.

Following a rigorous two-stage procurement process, DPL Group, along with Brooks and Woods Facilities Maintenance department, has been entrusted with servicing SCC’s properties for mechanical and electrical requirements. This contract, valued at approximately £4 million per annum, will cover more than 100 corporate properties, including key sites such as Endeavour House and The Hold, as well as local authority-maintained schools, academies, and other businesses.
